The house is finished. Our part is not. Two years of workmanship warranty, in writing, and a return visit at twelve months whether or not you call.
Something is not right
Email Matt the address, what you noticed and where, and a photograph or two. Within the two years of the workmanship warranty, putting it right is ours to do. Matt reads it himself and replies in writing within two business days.

Your twelve-month return
About a year after completion we come back, whether or not you have called. Keep a list as the seasons turn and we will go through it with you on that visit. If you would rather set the date yourself, write to Matt.
Your drawings, reports and permits
You own everything you paid for. If you need a copy for a sale, an insurer, a refinance or the next project, ask Matt and say what it is for.
The next project
A kitchen, an accessory dwelling, or a piece built in our small boutique shop in Carpinteria: Tom’s finish carpentry and cabinetry. Same email, same name on the contract.
Tell others how it went
In your own words, on our Google profile. We ask every client the same way, and Matt reads every review.
Someone you know is about to build
Give them Matt’s number, 805 886 0988, or the address purchasing@amnbuild.com. They will deal with him, the same as you did.
