The fix is not another manager. It is not needing one: the plasterer already knows how we detail a return, and the tile setter knows we flood-test the pan before he starts.

Framing, plaster and stucco, tile and stone, millwork and cabinetry, electrical, plumbing, roofing, structural engineering: the same firms, job after job, most for years.

What we ask of them.
- Walk the site and read the scope before pricing it
- Raise a conflict with us the same day they see it
- Leave the site each evening fit for the owner to walk through
Meet the people who would build it.
Email the address or parcel number to purchasing@amnbuild.com. Matt walks the parcel himself. These crews arrive on day one.
- Same dayMatt confirms he has it, and flags anything obvious that is missing.
- Within two business daysA written reading of your parcel: jurisdiction, review bodies, constraints, an order of cost and the permit path.
- Then nothing, unless you askNo follow-up sequence, no call from anyone else. The assessment is yours to keep, and to take anywhere.
