What this website collects
Very little. No forms, accounts, cookies, analytics, or advertising or tracking scripts; the site sends nothing about you anywhere. Like every website, it is served by a host whose servers keep standard request logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) for security and operation, under the host's own terms.
If you use a planning tool (the cost sheet, the calendar, the accessory dwelling planner, the house styles quiz), your choices are kept in your own browser as “your brief,” so the other tools can start from them. They never leave your device unless you put them into an email yourself, and the brief has a button that clears them.
One photograph, Matt’s portrait, currently loads from Wix’s image servers, which receive the same standard request information when the page loads.
When you email or call
If you write or call, we receive what you choose to send: usually your name, contact details, the property address or parcel, and what you tell us about the project, including drawings. We use it to prepare the written assessment you asked for, to reply, and to communicate about a project you engage us for. We do not sell personal information or share it with anyone for their own marketing. Our email provider handles messages for us under its own terms.
Where a project requires it, and with your agreement, we share relevant details with the architects, engineers, subcontractors or permitting agencies working on it. We never publish drawings, addresses or photographs without your written permission.
How long we keep it
Inquiry emails: as long as needed to respond, and for our business records. Project records: for the period California law requires for construction records and warranty obligations.
Your California rights
California residents have rights under the CCPA and CPRA, including the right to know what has been collected, to request deletion, to correct inaccuracies, and not to be discriminated against for exercising them. Write to purchasing@amnbuild.com; we will confirm your identity before acting.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
