What owners ask first.

What does a kitchen remodel cost in Santa Barbara?

Ours run $120,000 to $450,000. The spread comes from whether the layout moves, whether the panel and gas service can carry the new appliances, and the cabinetry, more than the room's size.

How long will I be without a kitchen?

Ten to twenty weeks of construction, and we'll tell you which end before you commit. If it runs long, we set up a temporary kitchen: sink, refrigerator, induction plate.

Do I need a permit for a kitchen remodel?

Yes, if you move plumbing, gas or electrical, or touch structure. Same-footprint cosmetic work often doesn't. The assessment settles which.

Can you work with my kitchen designer?

Yes, and often better for it. We price what they drew and tell them what won't build before plan check does.
